How to measure

You need a soft tape measure, or a tee you already like the fit of.

  1. Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, with the tape level and the arms relaxed.
  2. Waist: measure around your natural waist, roughly at the navel, without pulling the tape tight.
  3. Or measure a tee: lay a T-shirt you like flat, measure straight across from armpit to armpit, and match that to the garment chest column below.

Compare your numbers to the tables. If you sit between two sizes, take the larger one for room or the smaller one for a tighter compression feel.

Garment measurements are taken flat and unstretched, so they read smaller than your body measurements — that is the compression fit. Allow 1–2 cm tolerance.

Sizing questions

I am between two sizes — which do I take?

Size up if you want room through the chest and waist, or stay at the smaller size for a true compression feel. The four-way stretch means both work; it is a preference rather than a mistake either way.

Is the fit unisex, or should women size down?

It is one unisex cut. Most people take their usual size regardless. If you normally wear women's sizing and want a closer fit, sizing down one works well.

Does it shrink in the wash?

Not meaningfully. Technical knits are far more stable than cotton, and washing cold with no tumble dryer — which is what we recommend anyway — keeps the measurements where they started.

Will it stretch out over time?

No. The stretch is recovery stretch: it gives during a movement and returns afterwards. That is what stops the tee bagging out at the chest and hem the way a cotton shirt does.

I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange it?

Yes. Unworn items in their original condition can be exchanged — message us with your order number and the size you want, and see shipping & returns for the current window.
