Where is my order?
You will have had a tracking link by email once the parcel left us — check your spam folder first, or use the order tracking page. If tracking has not moved in five business days, message us with your order number.
I ordered the wrong size
Easily fixed. Unworn items can be exchanged — send us your order number and the size you want, and we will usually hold the replacement while the original travels back.
