That is what it was designed for. The knit is open enough to let heat escape and finished to pull sweat off your skin and spread it thin so it evaporates, instead of soaking in the way cotton does.

Cold machine wash, inside out, with similar colours. No fabric softener — it coats the fibres and blunts the wicking. Hang to dry rather than tumble drying, and keep the iron away from the logo.

It should not. Premium heat transfer vinyl is bonded into the fabric under heat and pressure, not sitting on the surface as a print. Wash it inside out and avoid direct heat on the logo and it stays sharp.

Not with normal care. Four-way stretch is built into the knit rather than added as a finish, so the tee returns to shape after each session. Heat is what damages elastane, which is why we ask you to skip the tumble dryer.
